Miners Need Cool Shoes is a great place, lots of us over with PIG have been using it quite a bit. Only thing to note on that one, though, is that if you use a skin that uses the helmet channel you need to save out the .png from the site and upload it to minecraft.net yourself. For some reason their uploader breaks the helmet channel.
